Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Laravel Developer with strong expertise in PHP and Laravel to lead our development projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing scalable web applications, implementing best coding practices, and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using Laravel
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code
• Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring best coding practices
• Develop and integrate APIs, third-party services, and microservices
• Optimize application performance and security
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
• Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and project managers
• Keep up-to-date with emerging web technologies and Laravel updates

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with PHP and Laravel framework (5+ years)
• Proficiency in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Solid understanding of MVC architecture and OOP principles
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular)
• Experience with Git version control (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
• Proficiency in unit testing and debugging (PHPUnit, Pest, Dusk)
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, DigitalOcean, Firebase)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Livewire, Inertia.js, or Tailwind CSS
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with Laravel Nova and Laravel Forge
