About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Laravel Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the Laravel framework. This role will involve working closely with project managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and high-performance software solutions tailored to clients in the US and EU markets, with a strong emphasis on AI integrations, automation, and custom development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Laravel and PHP, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Develop and manage databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational systems, utilizing Laravel's Eloquent ORM.
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless communication between systems and services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security through continuous testing, refactoring, and monitoring.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across development and production environments.
• Participate actively in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Write and maintain technical documentation, and provide regular updates to team leads and clients.
• Integrate front-end components with server-side logic, ensuring end-to-end functionality and user experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of professional experience in PHP development with a strong emphasis on the Laravel framework.
• Solid understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) and MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Git version control.
• Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries or services.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Trello, Jira, or Bitbucket.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in PHP, Laravel, or related technologies.
• Prior experience in sectors such as fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, or projects involving AI/ML integrations and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of containerization tools (e.g., Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs600,000.00 - Rs1,200,000.00 per year
