Senior MERN Stack Developer

This is a strictly on-site role — NOT remote.

We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer who can confidently handle both frontend and backend development. You’ll be working on complex, production-level projects that require advanced logic and scalability.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
• Strong command over MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, NodeJS, and NextJS.
• Ability to develop complete systems including backend APIs, authentication, and frontend integration.
• Proven experience with projects like:
• E-commerce websites (Coupons, Cart, Checkout, Orders, Login/Register).
• Quiz or Tournament Apps (Questions, Leaderboards, Timers, Results, Reporting).
• Management systems and custom dashboards.
• Must have a portfolio or project record demonstrating real-world experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain both frontend and backend of web applications.
• Build and optimize Next.js applications for performance and scalability.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.
• Work with MongoDB and other databases for efficient data management.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and team members for smooth integration.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Stay updated with modern web technologies and best practices.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
