We are hiring an experienced, licensed Senior Lash Artist who is passionate about lash artistry, brow services, beauty, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This is an ideal opportunity for a beauty professional who loves beauty artistry, client education, and helping guests look and feel their best.

We’re a supportive, team-oriented studio focused on professionalism, artistry, growth, and exceptional guest care.

Candidates with experience in spas, med spas, lash studios, or upscale beauty environments are strongly encouraged to apply.

SERVICES YOU’LL PERFORM

• Lash extensions (Classic, Hybrid, Volume & Mega Volume)
• Lash lifts & tinting
• Brow laminations, tinting & waxing
• Facial waxing
• Client consultations & beauty education
• Product recommendations, rebooking & client retention

BONUS EXPERIENCE

Experience with facials, skincare treatments, Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, or advanced skincare services is a major plus.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• 4+ years lash extension experience
• Strong consultation and guest service skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Can you work Saturday 9-6pm? (Minimum requirement for the role)

Experience:

• Lash Lift: 2 years (Required)
• Brow Lamination: 2 years (Required)
• Lash & Brow Tinting: 2 years (Required)
• Facials (bonus if you offer this too!): 2 years (Preferred)
• Hydrafacial (bonus if you offer this too!): 1 year (Preferred)
• Microneedling (bonus if you offer this too!): 1 year (Preferred)
• Dermabrasion (bonus if you offer this too!): 1 year (Preferred)
• Dermaplaning (bonus if you offer this too!): 1 year (Preferred)
• Eyelash extensions: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:
