Senior Lawyer

InvestGC has been a leading provider of Golden Visas, Residencies by Investment from European Union countries, and is a pioneering and emerging developer - with a growing presence in Greece. We are building over 250-villas in Chalkidiki, Greece and will build more in both Chalkidiki and Attica, Greece. Furthermore, in the coming years, projects are planned for Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bulgaria, Italy, Germany, and Argentina.

We are looking for a Senior Lawyer, an experienced Attorney-at-Law that will assist us in:

• communicating with and assisting the clients interested in obtaining a Golden Visa through our developments, and in acquiring properties from our developments,
• preparing the Files-to-be-submitted for title deed and Golden Visa procedures, along with our Greek lawyers,
• providing legal advice to salespeople, managers, and management of the company,
• composing, fine-tuning, and finalizing contracts with regards to Brokerage and Development Partnerships, Sales, Rentals, Golden Visa and other Services, and other related issues.

We are seeking a Lawyer with the following qualifications:

• perfect proficiency of English is a must,
• graduation from a reputable Faculty of Law and admission to a Turkish Bar Association are musts,
• experience in Contracts Law, Real Estate Law, and Golden Visas (or Turkish Citizenship by Investment) is a plus,
• “hands-on” business partner attitude with a solution-oriented mindset
• strong leadership and interpersonal skills experience in coordinating with cross-functional and cross-country teams
• strategic mindset with the ability to align legal priorities with organizational goals
• experience as a lawyer, of at least 3-to-5 years is a must.

We will be providing the following advantages for our Senior Lawyer:

• net salary of ₺80.000 per month,
• bonus of 25.000 Euros, once 250 Golden Visa cases are successfully handed- with providing of 250 applications under guarantee of the company,
• ₺10.000 Setcard, per month,
• full insurance, and transportation costs.

We work 100% on-site, in our İdealistkent, Madenler, Ümraniye office of İstanbul. We work 9-18 Mondays through Fridays, and 9-16 Saturdays. Looking forward to your applications.
