Senior Lead 3D Designer (Events · Exhibitions · Interiors)

Are you a visionary 3D designer with the technical mastery and creative flair to bring immersive spaces to life? At Al Khayalee Group, we’re seeking a Senior Lead 3D Designer who thrives at the intersection of concept and execution—transforming ideas into stunning event, exhibition, wedding and interior experiences

What you’ll do:

• Lead the 3D design process from concept to final presentation across events, exhibitions, weddings, interior environments and product displays.
• Generate innovative and functional design concepts aligned with client briefs and project goals.
• Develop realistic 3D visuals, layouts and renders that communicate design intent powerfully.
• Present ideas clearly to clients and internal teams, weaving strong storytelling into your work.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring consistent quality and design excellence.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines and high standards.
• Stay ahead of design trends, materials and visualization technologies in the events/interior industry.

What we’d love to see:

• 5+ years of experience as a 3D Designer or 3D Visualizer in events, exhibitions, interior design or related fields.
• Advanced skills in 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona (or equivalent), and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator) for presentation and mood-boards.
• Exceptional eye for design, detail and spatial composition.
• Proven track record of large-scale event setups, stage/exhibition stands or high-end interiors.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities. Able to articulate creative ideas with clarity.
• Able to thrive under pressure, manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
• A compelling portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical skill and relevant project experience.

Nice to have:

• Experience in project coordination or client liaison.
• Basic understanding of fabrication, production materials and installation methods.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion or Unreal Engine is a plus.
