- Responsibilities
- Closely work with senior leadership to grow revenue from next generation offerings
- Lead customer discussions to explain capability and bring out right proposition against a requirement etc
- Prepare responses incl
- industry client research and estimation and proposals for RFIs RFPs and other proactive and reactive pursuits
- Create customized solutions value propositions and socialize the same with internal external stakeholders
- Work with team members on aspects such as domain solution design contracting Business Analysis Transition automation POV etc
- Lead discussions with partners and build alliances
- Create build collaterals case studies re usable artifacts and POC solutions relevant to practice
- Mentor handhold project teams during the initial phase of project execution and ensure a smooth transfer from practice to delivery
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects with shifting deadlines
- Support hiring and marketing initiatives to grow practice capabilities

- MBA Any Graduate preferably B Tech BSc Mathematics or Statistics with good academic record
- Experience Total of 8 years of experience which includes
- o At least 1 2 years in Fraud Management Loss prevention preferably from Retail CPG eCommerce Telecom Financial Services industry
- o 3 years experience in Project management for large client business engagements
