Senior Lead Analyst Knowledge Service

Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsibilities
  • Closely work with senior leadership to grow revenue from next generation offerings
  • Lead customer discussions to explain capability and bring out right proposition against a requirement etc
  • Prepare responses incl
  • industry client research and estimation and proposals for RFIs RFPs and other proactive and reactive pursuits
  • Create customized solutions value propositions and socialize the same with internal external stakeholders
  • Work with team members on aspects such as domain solution design contracting Business Analysis Transition automation POV etc
  • Lead discussions with partners and build alliances
  • Create build collaterals case studies re usable artifacts and POC solutions relevant to practice
  • Mentor handhold project teams during the initial phase of project execution and ensure a smooth transfer from practice to delivery
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects with shifting deadlines
  • Support hiring and marketing initiatives to grow practice capabilities

Technical Requirements:


  • Multitasker proven problem solver communication skills Written Verbal Attention to detail
  • Curious open mindset to constantly learn on the job
  • Capable in telling an engaging story through a power point presentation
  • Capable to analyze large datasets and identify complex anomalous patterns
  • Good to have but not necessary PMP Agile Prince 2 CFE Lean Six sigma
  • Technical stack
  • o Advanced PowerPoint skills Word Advanced Excel
  • o Any visualization tools

Additional Responsibilities:


  • MBA Any Graduate preferably B Tech BSc Mathematics or Statistics with good academic record
  • Experience Total of 8 years of experience which includes
  • o At least 1 2 years in Fraud Management Loss prevention preferably from Retail CPG eCommerce Telecom Financial Services industry
  • o 3 years experience in Project management for large client business engagements

Preferred Skills:

Domain(IBPO)->Domain Analytics -Insurance Analytics->Claims and Fraud Analytics
