Role Overview

We are hiring Lead Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst to support our Enterprise Data and AI platform. These roles translate business needs into structured data, analytics, and AI requirements aligned with enterprise data architecture and medallion principles.

• Lead Business Analyst: Owns analysis strategy, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership
• Senior Business Analyst: Works hands on with stakeholders and engineers to define and validate datasets

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into data and analytics requirements
• Engage with senior stakeholders and delivery teams
• Define KPIs, metrics, and acceptance criteria
• Ensure alignment with enterprise data models and medallion architecture
• Support UAT, validation, and business sign off
• Validate datasets using SQL (hands on for Senior, oversight for Lead)
• Mentor analysts and set standards (Lead role)

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in enterprise data or analytics environments
• Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts and medallion architecture
• Strong SQL and data validation capability
• Lead BA: 10+ years experience with people leadership
• Senior BA: 6–9 years experience with hands on delivery
