Senior Lead Engineer

• Proficiency in embedded software and systems development using C/C++
• Familiarity with build and development tools
• Excellent understanding of the build process and configuration management tools, with a focus on git
• Knowledge of QNX/Linux is advantageous
• Strong familiarity with CMake
• Experience in implementing continuous integration and continuous development concepts and toolchains
• Ability to utilize problem resolution management tools effectively
• Proficient documentation skills, capable of producing comprehensive and concise documents
• Experience in software integration for existing P1 projects
• Propose, setup, and improve integration flows and branching strategies and align with internal and external counterparts
• Communicate regarding Software deliveries with the customer (OEM) as needed, available for on-site workshops at the customer in case of problems
• Fluency in English
• Effective communication, cooperation, and teamwork skills
• Capable of mentoring team members and fostering skill development, while actively contributing as a collaborative and dependable team player.
