Senior Lead Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil or Architectural Engineer with a strong background in hotel developments to join our growing team in a senior leadership capacity.

This role requires a seasoned professional capable of overseeing and driving hospitality projects from planning through execution, ensuring excellence in quality, timelines, and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and oversee hotel development projects from concept to completion

· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders

· Provide strategic direction and technical leadership across project phases

· Monitor progress, budgets, quality standards, and compliance

· Review and validate design drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation

· Ensure alignment with hospitality brand standards and operational requirements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

· Proven experience in hotel construction/development projects (mandatory)

· Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in senior-level roles

· Strong leadership, decision-making, and coordination skills

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
