Job Purpose

Support the monitoring and execution of HR projects and initiatives in alignment with RSG’s HR strategy and company goals, ensuring structured governance, budget adherence effective planning, and consistent progress tracking across the HR Portfolio.
Functional Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HR projects in alignment and coordination with HR COEs, from planning and initiation through execution and closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Develop and maintain integrated detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for HR initiatives, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Act as the central coordination and governance point for assigned HR projects, facilitating collaboration across HR COEs, EPMO, and relevant stakeholders.

Support management of the HR project portfolio, ensuring prioritization, sequencing, and resource optimization aligned with divisional strategy and budget constraints.

Monitor the HR divisional budget related to assigned projects and initiatives, ensuring initiatives remain aligned with approved budget allocations and financial expectations.

Implement project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms in alignment with EPMO project standards and methodologies to monitor progress, and dependencies.

Monitor project performance by defining and tracking KPIs and milestones, and report consolidated HR project status and performance updates to EPMO and Corporate Performance as required.

Ensure alignment between HR project outputs and broader organizational priorities through structured execution and change integration.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, approvals, decision logs, status reports, and lessons learned in accordance with internal governance and EPMO & Audit documentation requirements.

Track benefits realization and post-implementation outcomes to ensure projects deliver the intended strategic and operational value
Job Requirements:
Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field.
Years of Experience:
-
6 years of relevant experience.

PMP Certification (Preferred)

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) (Preferred)

PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification (Preferred)
