Job Purpose

  • Manage RSG’s HR information systems to support accurate and efficient HR operations, by overseeing
  • system maintenance, ensuring data integrity, supporting day-to-day HRIS operations, enabling process
  • automation, and generating employee-related reports from SAP SuccessFactors when required.


Functional Responsibilities


This job description outlines the core responsibilities of the role but is not exhaustive. Additional tasks related to the broader department may be assigned as required.

  • Administer and maintain RSG’s HRIS platforms to ensure operational reliability and support daily HR
  • processes.
  • Support HR data analytics enablement by ensuring HR data is properly structured, captured, and available
  • for analysis.
  • Act as a technical business partner between HR and Technology departments to support integrations and
  • system governance.
  • Ensure implementation of HR data governance protocols to maintain the accuracy, consistency, and quality
  • of HR data.
  • Generate analytic snapshots and reports to track historical workforce data and provide relevant information
  • to support decision-making.
  • Schedule and automate standard and custom reports from SAP SuccessFactors for distribution to
  • stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular system audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain system
  • integrity.
  • Provide first-line user support, troubleshoot system issues, and escalate technical problems when needed.
  • Maintain HRIS documentation, including user guides, SOPs, and system configuration records.
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and data migration activities during organizational or system
  • changes.


Job Requirements


Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Information Systems, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


Years of Experience:

  • 6 years of relevant experience.


Other Requirements

  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification (Preferred)
  • Certified Human Resources Information Professional (HRIP) (Preferred)
