Senior Lead, Enterprise Workflows & Collaboration

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of Appian applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable Appian solutions.
• Architect and implement complex process models, interfaces, records, reports , and integrations within the Appian platform.
• Serve as the technical lead and mentor for junior/mid-level Appian developers.
• Conduct reviews and enforce standards, best practices, and Appian governance guidelines.
• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and project managers to define technical specifications .
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex platform and application issues .
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Provide technical guidance on Appian best practices, performance tuning, and scalability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology.
• 5+ years of hands-on Appian development experience .
• Appian Certified Senior Developer or Lead Developer certification .
• Deep expertise in Appian core components : Process Models, Records, Reports, Interfaces (SAIL), CDTs, and Expression Rules.
• Strong experience with Appian integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, and connected systems.
• Proficiency in web technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON/XML.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with Appian RPA and/or AI/ML capabilities is a plus.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Appian plug-in development using Java/Spring.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with Appian Cloud deployments.
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 standards .
• Experience in banking domains
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
