We are seeking a highly experienced Senior / Lead Fire Fighting Design Engineer to join our LNG Buildings project team. The role will be responsible for leading the fire fighting design function across all project phases, ensuring full compliance with ADNOC standards and international best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the fire fighting design team for LNG buildings projects.
• Develop and review fire fighting system designs, calculations, drawings, and technical specifications in compliance with ADNOC standards and project requirements.
• Ensure full coordination with other disciplines (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Civil, and Process).
• Provide technical support during procurement, including preparation of requisitions, technical bid evaluations, and vendor document reviews.
• Oversee design activities through construction, testing, and final commissioning stages.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for design approvals and technical clarifications.
• Support site teams during construction, testing, and commissioning as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline from a recognized university.
• 15–20 years of overall experience in developing and leading design teams.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects, with direct experience on ADNOC projects.
• Proven experience with major international companies and large-scale projects (supported by service certificates).
• Full awareness and working knowledge of ADNOC standards, specifications, and procedures (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in fire fighting design and calculation tools and relevant engineering software.
• Extensive experience in procurement support activities, including preparation of technical documents and evaluation processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of fire fighting systems (and related HVAC or Plumbing interfaces) from:
• Concept and detailed design
• Procurement
• Construction
• Testing and commissioning
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
