The Senior Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and continuously improving learning and development initiatives across the organisation. This role plays a critical part in strengthening workforce capability, driving performance improvement, and supporting long-term talent development aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver structured learning programs including onboarding, functional training, behavioural skills, and leadership development.
• Conduct a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in partnership with business leaders and HR stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end execution of L&D programs, including scheduling, facilitation, logistics, and participant engagement.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; prepare detailed MIS and impact reports.
• Develop and maintain high-quality learning content, training materials, and documentation.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) activities, including course uploads, tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate with external training vendors and subject matter experts as required.
• Support talent development initiatives such as career progression frameworks, competency mapping, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with organisational learning standards and continuous process improvement.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organisational Development.
• Strong facilitation, instructional design, and presentation capabilities.
• Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable learning strategies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
• Strategic thinking with execution focus.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Attention to detail and process orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
