Senior Leasing Specialist

Job Summary
NCFM for Property and Facility Management is a subsidiary of New City Development. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Leasing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management and leasing, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing leasing activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and fostering positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

Duties

• Oversee the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing properties, conducting tours, and processing applications.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property maintenance requests.
• Handle conflict management effectively to resolve tenant issues and concerns promptly.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and implement effective sales strategies for upselling available units.
• Negotiate lease terms and contracts while ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide administrative support related to leasing activities, including office experience tasks such as phone etiquette and filing.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in administration, real estate field, or related industry.
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation skills related to contracts and leasing agreements.
• A solid background in sales will be advantageous for driving occupancy rates.
