Job Summary:

The Senior Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing strategic legal guidance to management, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations, and protecting the company’s legal interests in both B2B and B2C operations. The role involves reviewing contracts, managing disputes, developing internal policies, and offering expert legal advice across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and vet all legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to both business clients (B2B) and individual customers (B2C).
  • Develop, update, and implement internal company policies in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle and resolve disputes between the company and clients, employees, or vendors through negotiation, mediation, or legal proceedings.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and central laws related to labour, corporate, and commercial regulations.
  • Draft MOUs, NDAs, partnership agreements, employee contracts, and other legal correspondence.
  • Identify potential legal risks in business operations and propose preventive measures.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies when required.
