About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Associate with deep expertise in handling legal matters for construction, real estate, and corporate operations. The candidate will oversee compliance, contracts, disputes and guide management with strategic legal advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all legal aspects of construction and real estate projects
• Draft, vet, and negotiate high-value contracts, agreements, and MoUs
• Oversee property-related documentation, due diligence, registrations, and compliance
• Provide legal advisory to management on risk, disputes, and regulatory requirements
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and coordinate with external counsel
• Ensure compliance with corporate, real estate, and labor laws
• Mentor and guide junior legal team members

Eligibility:

• LLB/LLM with 12+ years of relevant legal experience
• Strong knowledge of construction, real estate, and corporate law
• Proven track record of handling complex legal disputes and negotiations
• Excellent communication, drafting, and leadership skills
