Senior Advocate: (Real Estate / Litigation / IPR)

We are hiring Advocates across three departments – Litigation, Non-Litigation (Real Estate & Transactions), and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).

1. Litigation – Civil, Commercial & Arbitration

Key Practice Areas:

• Civil & Commercial Litigation
• Arbitration matters
• NCLT matters
• Drafting pleadings, applications & legal submissions
• Court appearances, filing & coordination
• Client meetings & case strategy preparation

2. Non-Litigation – Real Estate & Transactions

Key Practice Areas:

• Property Due Diligence
• Title Search & Title Verification
• Drafting and vetting agreements: Agreement for Sale, MOUs, Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, Development Agreements, Joint Ventures, SPA, POA, etc.
• Real estate transactions & structuring
• Negotiation with clients, developers & stakeholders
• Preparing Title Reports, Legal Opinions & Transaction Documents

3. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

Key Practice Areas:

• Trademark filing, prosecution & oppositions
• Responding to examination reports
• Drafting TM objections & replies
• Handling TM hearings
• IP documentation & client coordination

Eligibility

• Law Degree (LLB mandatory)
• Prior law firm experience preferred
• Strong drafting, communication & research skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
