Your Responsibilities:

Review, draft, and negotiate vendor and customer agreements whilst ensuring that the agreements contain appropriate terms, conditions, and schedules to effectively manage and mitigate contractual risk associated with third-parties.

Collaborate with senior legal personnel to ensure the use of up-to-date contract templates, clauses, and schedules, and to maintain the accuracy of internal contract documentation.

Identify deviations from standard contractual clauses, assess associated risks, and highlight key issues to relevant stakeholders.

Support governance processes and compliance activities, ensuring contractual obligations and oversight requirements are met.

Assist with fact-gathering, timeline development, and identification of relevant contractual provisions in relation to commercial contract disputes and claims, supporting subject matter experts in dispute resolution.

Conduct legal research, analysis, and operational legal tasks as required.

Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across various teams and external legal counsel.

Identify opportunities to improve contract management processes and support implementation of process enhancements.
Skills and attributes:

Demonstrated foundational expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements

Proven ability to provide clear, practical, and commercially focused guidance within complex, fast-paced, and multi-stakeholder environments

High level of attention to detail, with a consistent track record of producing accurate and well-structured documentation

Effective collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally and build productive working relationships across teams
Experience And Qualifications:

Law Graduate/ LL.B with 2 - 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience

Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, and communication (both verbal and written) skills
