About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Consultant to join our dynamic and diverse legal team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in corporate law, civil law, and litigation, with a proven track record of advising multinational clients and navigating cross-border legal complexities. Prior experience with Chinese clients or teams is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and strategic legal advice across corporate, contract, labor, litigation.
• Lead and execute litigation strategies.
• Draft, review, and amend a wide array of legal documents (contracts, agreements, litigation files), ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Represent clients in litigation, manage communications with counterparties, legal teams, and courts, and ensure timely submissions.
• Identify potential legal risks and propose effective preventive and corrective legal measures.
• Provide cross-jurisdictional legal counsel to clients operating in multiple countries, especially in matters related to international business compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of legal experience in a UAE-based law firm.
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken & written).
• Deep understanding of UAE legal framework, Solid experience in litigation.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
