Senior Legal Counsel

We are working with a global law firm with a search for a Senior Counsel to join their Insurance Litigation group in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review document collections received from parties and third-parties in litigation
• Take leadership in federal and state litigation
• Draft and supervise drafting of discovery requests and subpoenas
• Analyze first and third party insurance policies
• Draft coverage opinions
• Provide coverage advice to insurance clients

Qualifications:

• Licensed or willing to be licensed in GA
• 8-10+ years of first and third party insurance coverage experience
• Manage complex litigation cases with minimal oversight
• Ability to supervise junior associates and paralegals
