Senior Legal Counsel

A fast-growing, tech-driven company is seeking a Senior Counsel to lead complex SaaS and enterprise contract negotiations with major partners, including insurance carriers. This is a high-impact role supporting business strategy, legal operations, and stakeholder alignment across the organization.

The ideal candidate has:

• Ideally 8-15 years of legal experience , with a focus on technology transactions , SaaS agreements , and enterprise licensing
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage contracts from start to finish
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, finance, and executive teams
• A JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction
• Bonus: Familiarity with the insurance industry
