Senior Legal Counsel

We are currently recruiting for various senior legal positions within leading UAE holding companies whose headquarters are based in Dubai. All the positions offer excellent scope for growth, exposure to strategic projects, and the chance to work within high-profile, respected businesses.

The Positions:

These are diverse roles that require a solution focused attitude and the ability to work confidently with senior members of the team, subsidiaries and various business units / departments on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.

Reporting to the respective General Counsel, you will be responsible for negotiating, reviewing, and drafting a wide range of commercial documents, which would include financing documents, joint venture agreements, share purchase agreements, leases, IT / IP license agreements and concession agreements. This is a varied role, and applicants must be able to demonstrate their willingness to take on different projects.

These roles will not only allow you to work on a variety of interesting contracts but offers a great opportunity for those looking to take a step up and deal with more complex work.

Does this sound like you?

The successful candidate will be a Common Law qualified lawyer and have started their career and spent at least 3 years with a well-known international law firm, additional in-house experience within a large multinational or a large regional corporate is essential. You will ideally already be based in the UAE with at least a year of regional experience. We are able to consider candidates between 5 and 8 years PQE (UK equivalent).
