Senior Legal Counsel

Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Senior Legal Counsel, where you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive legal support for our innovative projects. Key Responsibilities

• Offer expert legal counsel on a wide range of issues related to corporate governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory matters
• Negotiate, draft, and review various agreements to ensure favorable terms and compliance with the law
• Manage legal disputes and litigation in coordination with external legal advisors
• Support the development of corporate policies and internal strategies to ensure compliance with international legal standards
• Advise on the legal implications of business decisions, providing strategic recommendations to executive leadership
• Supervise and guide junior legal staff, fostering their professional growth and development
• Conduct thorough legal research and stay abreast of evolving laws and regulations affecting our operations
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to integrate legal considerations into business processes
  
  

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification in a relevant jurisdiction
• At least 8 years of experience in legal practice, particularly as in-house counsel or in a corporate legal environment
• Deep knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance
• Strong ability to analyze and navigate complex legal issues and transactions
• Exceptional negotiation skills with proven experience in contract negotiation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Leadership qualities with experience in mentoring junior team members
• A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
