Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Manage litigation (both civil and criminal) and pre-litigation matters including legal notices, demand notices, show cause notices and viewer complaints pertaining to business of the Company;
  • Handle cases pertaining to agreements, arbitration, negotiable instruments act, labour cases, civil suits & other litigation of the company.
  • Handle all corporate legal matters incl. draft review and negotiate legal agreements/ business contracts/JV agreements/ MOU / Lease/ CAM etc.
  • Vetting of Appeals, legal documents including deeds and agreements, legal notices, preparing law suits, drafting of written statements, miscellaneous applications & replies filed in Courts, due diligence, legal consultancy and other matters.
  • Selecting and supervising external counsels, litigation management and risk management.
  • Advise on legal matters and liaise with external counsels/law firms for managing litigations. Maintain updated MIS for litigations, follow ups with counsel, strategizing with counsels for recourse etc. Liaise with external consultants or law firms on various routine matters
  • Handle statutory compliance programs; policy/ internal guidelines/SOPs formulation. Advise on compliance with internal policies, statutes, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up to date with evolving industry/regulatory changes impacting the business
  • Handle issues involving intellectual property rights, data privacy etc.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should have 7-12 Years of Experience
  • Should be from Law background only
  • Education must be Graduate/Post Graduate in Labor Law or related field
  • Location would be Noida
  • Should be able to join within 30-45 Days
