Senior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled, seasoned, and Arabic-speaking senior contract lawyer to join our Global Contract Team. The successful candidate will draft, review, negotiate, and advise on complex technology transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology agreements.
• Provide practical, business-oriented advice on technology risk, data/privacy, cybersecurity, export controls, and regulatory issues in KSA.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tech contract templates.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts on country-specific technology issues.

Requirements:

• Law degree (JD/LLB/LLM) from a recognised institution in EMEA
• 8+ years PQE in commercial contracting.
• Proven track record negotiating high-value KSA-based and multi-jurisdictional technology deals.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and drafting skills in fast-paced, international tech environments.
• Fluency in English and Arabic
