Senior Legal Counsel

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including client agreements, consultant contracts, joint ventures, and construction documents.

Provide legal advice on architecture, design, and construction law, including intellectual property, liability, and regulatory compliance.

Advise management on corporate governance, employment law, and risk management.

Handle claims, disputes, and litigation in coordination with external counsel when necessary.

Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws relevant to the architecture and construction industry.

Support business development and project teams with legal risk assessment and contract strategy.

Stay current with evolving laws, codes, and regulations affecting the architectural profession.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB / JD / equivalent).

8-10 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years specializing in architecture, construction, or real estate law.

Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex project agreements.

Excellent knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and dispute resolution.

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Experience working with architecture or engineering firms is highly preferred.
