The Role
About the Role A prominent corporate group with headquarters in Abu Dhabi and operations across the GCC is seeking two Senior Legal Counsel professionals to join their in-house legal function on an outsourced contract basis. This is an immediate requirement with a target start date of the first week of April 2026. What You Will Do • Draft, review and negotiate contracts, commercial agreements and corporate documents • Advise on regulatory compliance, employment law, governance and dispute resolution • Coordinate with external law firms and regulatory authorities • Support legal policy development and internal compliance training • Provide legal research and risk assessments to senior leadership
Requirements
What You Bring • Law degree (LLB or equivalent) • 10–15 years of experience in corporate and commercial law • UAE or wider Middle East experience — essential • Fluency in English; Arabic is a significant advantage Package: AED 45,000–50,000/month, all-inclusive. The engagement will be for a duration of 3–6 months. Employment and payroll are managed by MENA Recruit. Immediate shortlisting — April 2026 start.
