Senior Legal Counsel IMEA & Compliance Specialist

The Senior Legal Counsel IMEA is part of the group s corporate legal team and serves as the senior legal advisor to Vista s business units and senior management in India, UAE and KSA but as well for wider Middle East and Africa region in the aspects of contracting, employment, litigation and regulatory affairs including assisting with company secretary functions. The Compliance Specialist ensures that the organization adheres to internal policies and external regulatory requirements. This role involves monitoring compliance activities, conducting audits, supporting risk assessments, and assisting in the development and implementation of compliance programs. The Compliance Specialist acts as a key resource in promoting a culture of integrity and ethical conduct.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice to executive leadership and business units in your region.
• Contract drafting, review and negotiation
• Matter management including litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution processes.
• Advise on employment law matters, internal investigations, and HR policies.
• Monitor and assess compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Conduct internal audits and investigations to identify potential compliance risks.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Support training programs to educate employees on compliance and ethics.
• Maintain records of compliance activities and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, and operational teams to address compliance issues.
• Stay up to date with regulatory changes and advise relevant departments accordingly.
• Participate in risk assessments and help implement mitigation strategies.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns related to compliance matters.
• Support external audits and regulatory inspections.
