Senior Legal Manager

Legal Manager / Legal Senior Manager – Disputes & Regulatory | Fintech | Dubai, UAE | 4–8 Years PQE

A fast-growing fintech group with operations across the Middle East, Europe, and Africa is seeking a high-caliber UK-qualified disputes and regulatory lawyer to join its legal team in Dubai. This role offers direct exposure to complex international litigation, regulatory engagement, and strategic legal advisory work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead litigation in UK and US courts , including civil fraud, knowing receipt, and fraudulent transfer claims
• Manage regional disputes across the Middle East and Africa, including Arabic-language proceedings
• Advise on regulatory matters across FCA (UK), SCA (UAE), SEC & CFTC (US)
• Conduct internal investigations and support broader in-house legal needs (client complaints, corporate, commercial, employment)
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and external counsel

What We’re Looking For:

• UK-qualified lawyer with 4–8 years PQE
• Trained at a leading international law firm
• Experience in private practice is essential . In-house experience within financial services or a brokerage is a plus
• Strong litigation and regulatory background, with knowledge of broker-dealer regulations
• Arabic language skills are a plus, but not mandatory
• Strategic thinker with leadership potential and a collaborative mindset
