Unit Purpose:

Assist the Senior Legal Counsel to manage all day-to-day advisories and legal risk in all the enquiries and advisory related matters in relation to Advisory Unit activities in accordance with Emirates Islamic – Legal policies and procedures. The role holder should be able to work autonomously but should seek the Senior Legal Counsel input on unusual situations, complex matters and issues which may pose significant legal, financial and/or reputational risk to EI. Provides legal services for consistent and effective legal management across the Emirates Islamic Business Units, branches, and subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to legal team as required.
• MIS reporting for all units of EI Legal
• App4Legal System updates.
• Assist the Lawyer’s
• Perform assigned data handling tasks effectively and efficiently as per specified standards
• Prepare Mortgage contracts submitted by Business
• .Onboarding new joiners and secondees
• IT assets management and record keeping
• Updating the projects tracker regularly and accurately and follow up to ensure project timelines are achieved
• Managing EILegal Calander

About YOU:

• High school Graduates
• Strong English and Arabi communication and drafting skills.
• General knowledge on banking products and services.
