About The Opportunity

We are working with a law firm seeking a Senior Legal Operations Specialist to support a growing Washington, DC office. This is a high-impact role that goes beyond traditional support, with exposure to legal operations, corporate filings, and emerging legal technology initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support attorneys with legal and administrative tasks across the firm

Manage and eventually own high-volume corporate filings processes

Assist in evaluating and implementing legal tech and AI tools

Support day-to-day office operations and internal processes

Handle ad hoc projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

What We’re Looking For

3–7 years of legal support or legal operations experience

Experience with corporate filings or entity management

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Comfort working with new technology and process improvement

Nice to Have

Experience with legal tech platforms or AI tools

Experience in a startup or growth-stage law firm environment

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
