Estate Planning Project & Drafting Specialist

Wiley Law, LLC is hiring a highly detail-oriented, strong-writing professional for a key drafting and project role in our estate planning practice. We are willing to train the right person, but only if they are organized, steady, sharp with systems, and genuinely obsessive about accuracy.

Job Overview
Wiley Law, LLC is a boutique estate, wealth, and business planning law firm seeking a highly conscientious, detail-oriented professional for a drafting and project-based role.

This is not a basic admin position. It is a key role for someone who is steady, organized, polished, strong with writing, comfortable with technology, and capable of managing important work with care and precision.

In our practice, attention to detail is one of the most important qualifications for success. We can train the right person on process and drafting, but we cannot train someone to care deeply about accuracy.

Strong Backgrounds May Include

  • legal support or paralegal work
  • wealth management or financial services support
  • mortgage, title, underwriting, or loan processing
  • compliance, document control, or contract administration
  • executive assistant or operations roles in professional services

What We’re Looking For

  • exceptional attention to detail
