A leading wealth management firm in Kuwait is seeking an experienced legal expert to join its dynamic team. The role offers the chance to work with a top-tier organization, providing strategic legal guidance on complex transactions within the investment and asset management space. This role involves advising on and overseeing documentation for acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment platforms, with a focus on alternative investments and real assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage legal aspects of joint ventures and post-transaction activities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate high-value agreements related to investments and partnerships.
• Collaborate with external counsel and internal stakeholders to safeguard organizational interests.
• Provide guidance on structuring investments in global markets, particularly Western jurisdictions.

Qualifications:

• Law degree from a reputable institution; UK Solicitor qualification is a plus.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in alternative investments or asset management.
• Expertise in structuring and advising on real asset investments.
• Strong contract drafting skills in English.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence senior stakeholders.
• Background in structured finance, credit, and real estate transactions.
• Leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and resources effectively.
