We are seeking an experienced Senior-level Lawyer specializing in Medical Malpractice to join our leading law firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth legal expertise in medical malpractice cases, demonstrating a track record of successfully representing clients and navigating complex litigation within the healthcare sector in the UAE. Responsibilities: - Provide expert legal advice and representation in medical malpractice cases. - Conduct thorough legal research and analysis related to healthcare laws and regulations. - Draft, review, and manage legal documents including pleadings, contracts, and settlements. - Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals and experts to build strong cases. - Stay updated on relevant UAE laws and international best practices affecting medical malpractice. - Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the firm’s knowledge base. - Maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring high standards of communication and service.

Requirements
  • Licensed attorney with extensive experience in medical malpractice law, preferably within the UAE. - Proven success in managing complex legal cases and achieving favorable outcomes. - Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with clients, courts, and healthcare experts. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. - Committed to maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards.
