OOP Technologies is Hiring a LinkedIn Expert / Social Media Specialist (Senior Level)

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative LinkedIn Expert / Social Media Specialist with strong experience in the tech industry. The ideal candidate must have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in managing LinkedIn presence, personal branding, lead generation, and social media strategy for technology-based companies. This role requires expertise in content creation, audience engagement, analytics, and building a powerful digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strong LinkedIn strategy to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.

Manage company and leadership profiles on LinkedIn with consistent, high-quality content.

Create engaging posts, articles, carousels, and video content tailored to tech audiences.

Optimize profiles for maximum reach, engagement, and credibility.

Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns for lead generation and business development.

Track analytics, monitor performance, and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.

Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Specially within the IT industry.

Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency across platforms.

Handle community engagement, respond to messages/comments, and grow a relevant audience.

Requirements:

4–5 years of professional experience in Social Media Management / LinkedIn Optimization, within the tech industry is mandatory.

Strong hands-on experience in LinkedIn branding, optimization, content creation, and lead generation.

Solid understanding of SEO-friendly content, digital marketing, and IT service offerings.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and scheduling platforms.

Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality content consistently.

Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
