Trembly Law Firm is looking for a talented and aggressive Senior Litigation Attorney to join its stellar Litigation Department as a strong advocate and ally for businesses and business owners, reporting directly to the Firm’s C.L.O.

The Ideal Candidate Will
-
Be admitted to practice law in Florida.
-
Be an aggressive litigator with a minimum of 8 years of business/commercial litigation experience in Florida.

Have a strong desire for high level of responsibility from the get-go.

Have a strong desire to build up a team and procedures for the team.

Be a self-starter and independent thinker.

Be a complex problems solver.

Be able to handle and manage their own case load.

Be able to develop and implement strategy for their cases.

Be able to handle cases at any stage of litigation (from inception through post-trial).

Be able to manage and maintain good client communication.

Be an excellent and efficient biller.

Be a person that is responsible and holds themselves accountable.

Have experience preparing for and conducting depositions, substantive hearings, evidentiary hearings, and trials.

Have significant motions practice experience.

Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.

Have a desire and ability to help businesses and owners resolve disputes.

Be dedicated to achieving excellent results.

Have a positive, can-do attitude.
-
Possess a high proficiency in Word and knowledge of Excel, computerized calendaring, and task management.

Have familiarity with, or willingness to learn how to use, Apple products (iMacs and MacBooks).

Be able to effectively manage multiple clients and matters.

Possess strong writing skills.
-
Possess strong oral advocacy skills.
-
Have a clean record with respect to malpractice judgments or bar grievance determinations. Please note that a background check will be conducted, and references will be contacted.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience running and leading a team is highly preferred.

Top 10% of graduating class from law school and/or member of Law Review.
