Senior Litigation Attorney

The LCF Group, Inc., based in New Hyde Park, has been a leading Revenue-Based Funding enterprise since 2011. We’re expanding rapidly and seek a skilled Senior Litigation Attorney to manage complex legal matters in our fast-paced industry.

Location: New Hyde Park, NY (In-office position)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

Senior Litigation Attorney duties include but not limited to:

• Drafting correspondence and legal documents.
• Drafting motions for state and federal court litigation.
• Attending court appearances and arbitration hearings as necessary.
• Conducting judgment enforcement through levy, garnishment, and other lawful judicial remedies.
• Familiarity with Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
• Maintaining case files and ensuring all legal processes are followed.

Senior Litigation Attorney Qualifications:

• A New York State Bar License (required); Federal court admission is a plus.
• 4-8 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Proficiency with NYSCEF and comfort with drafting and filing legal documents.
• Experience in negotiating resolutions.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• The ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment.
• A professional demeanor and positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
