Senior Litigation Attorney

LHH Legal Recruitment Solutions is working on a unique opportunity in the Greater Louisville, KY area. The role will provide the success attorney a high level of autonomy on managing all phases of litigation in a boutique law firm setting. The role requires no billable hours. The arrangement is such that the Attorney has the option to be hybrid in office and work from home (up to two days a week) The offices reside in a suburban area.

The qualified candidate will have:

• Four plus (4+) years of Litigation experience in Medical Malpractice Defense, Insurance Defense, Long Term Care Defense, Healthcare Liability Litigation, or Criminal Law
• First or second chair Trial experience a plus, but not required
• Kentucky Bar licensure
• Travel as required for in person hearings to the Greater Louisville area and Western KY
• Law firm and/or In House experience
