We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the Repossession of Vehicles (RPO) team. The role requires strong leadership, process management, and problem-solving skills to lead a team, manage RPO operations, and support automation and integration projects with external entities.
What You'll Do

Lead and manage the RPO team, ensuring productivity, performance, and accountability.

Oversee the full RPO process: block, release, repossession, auction, and payment follow-ups.

Coordinate with external authorities: courts, police, RTA, CID, Emirates Parking, municipalities, and auction houses.

Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations, internal policies, SOPs, and legal/audit requirements.

Review MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers to highlight gaps and support decision-making.

Drive process improvement, automation, and integration projects.

Prepare and present performance reports to management.

Mentor and coach staff to build a performance-driven culture.
What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree

Minimum 2 years proven experience managing a team, or demonstrated leadership skills in similar roles.

Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, collections, or repossession-related functions (relevant experience in related fields may also be considered).

Strong knowledge of RPO processes and compliance requirements.

Arabic language proficiency preferred; non-Arabic speakers are also welcome to apply.
