Senior Litigation Paralegal

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the Repossession of Vehicles (RPO) team. The role requires strong leadership, process management, and problem-solving skills to lead a team, manage RPO operations, and support automation and integration projects with external entities.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the RPO team, ensuring productivity, performance, and accountability.
• Oversee the full RPO process: block, release, repossession, auction, and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with external authorities: courts, police, RTA, CID, Emirates Parking, municipalities, and auction houses.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations, internal policies, SOPs, and legal/audit requirements.
• Review MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers to highlight gaps and support decision-making.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and integration projects.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management.
• Mentor and coach staff to build a performance-driven culture.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years proven experience managing a team, or demonstrated leadership skills in similar roles.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, collections, or repossession-related functions (relevant experience in related fields may also be considered).
• Strong knowledge of RPO processes and compliance requirements.
• Arabic language proficiency preferred; non-Arabic speakers are also welcome to apply.
