Job Summary: The Senior Logistic Officer will oversee and coordinate all logistics operations for construction projects, ensuring materials, equipment, and resources are efficiently managed to meet project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the logistics of multiple construction sites, including material deliveries and equipment allocation.
• Supervise and mentor Logistic Officers and other logistics staff.
• Develop and implement logistics plans to optimize workflow and reduce delays.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to coordinate deliveries and resolve logistics issues.
• Maintain accurate reporting, records, and documentation for all logistics activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of logistics experience in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction site operations and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) and Microsoft Office.
