About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Logistics and Supply Chain Director who can take ownership of our regional operations strategy. You are not just managing shipments; you are designing and optimizing entire logistics ecosystems. You will lead cross functional teams, align operations with business growth, and bridge the gap between operational complexity and streamlined execution. You are the voice of operational excellence in a fast moving, high demand environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Strategy Ownership:
Develop and execute regional logistics and supply chain strategies aligned with company growth objectives
End to End Operations:
Oversee transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management across Oman and Qatar
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and scale high performing logistics and operations teams across multiple locations
Process Optimization:
Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements using data driven decision making and automation
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
Manage relationships with logistics partners, suppliers, and key clients across the GCC
Performance and Compliance:
Ensure operations meet regulatory standards, service level agreements, and cost efficiency targets
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
10 plus years in logistics, supply chain, or operations leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior or director level role
Track Record:
Proven experience managing large scale logistics networks and multi site operations in GCC markets preferred
Systems Knowledge:
Strong experience with ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and logistics analytics platforms
Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and drive operational transformation
Education:
Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
MBA or equivalent leadership qualification preferred
Mindset:
Strategic thinker with strong execution capability, able to balance long term planning with immediate operational needs
Pay: RO3,800.000 - RO4,500.000 per month
