Senior Logistics and Supply Chain Director

We are looking for a Senior Logistics and Supply Chain Director who can take full ownership of our operational strategy. You are not just managing shipments; you are designing systems that move goods efficiently across borders and markets. You will lead a high-performing operations team, bridging the gap between strategic planning and execution. You will act as the central decision maker in a fast-paced environment involving vendors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Leadership:
Own and direct end to end logistics operations including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution strategy.

Process Optimization:
Design and implement scalable systems that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance delivery performance.

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop logistics managers and operations staff. Build a strong leadership pipeline within the organization.

Vendor and Partner Management:
Manage relationships with freight providers, suppliers, and third party logistics partners across multiple regions.

Data and Performance Management:
Establish KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all logistics functions.

Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to Oman regulations, customs requirements, and international trade standards.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
10 plus years in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Track Record:
Proven experience managing large scale distribution networks and multi site operations.

Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of supply chain systems, inventory planning, and logistics optimization tools.

Leadership Skills:
Ability to lead cross functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Education:
Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business. MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Mindset:
You are strategic and execution focused. You know how to balance long term planning with immediate operational needs.

Pay: RO2,400.000 - RO3,300.000 per month
