Senior Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Coordinator to oversee and optimize our logistics operations across both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, along with strong communication skills in English (mandatory). This role requires leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics operations for a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise logistics coordinators, warehouse staff, and delivery teams.
• Manage the complete order flow from e-commerce platforms and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to monitor stock levels and minimize delays.
• Track and monitor deliveries through internal systems and dashboards.
• Handle escalations effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with courier partners, vendors, and e-commerce marketplace logistics teams.
• Generate and analyze reports on order status, delivery performance, and logistics costs.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, marketplace requirements, and safety standards.
• Support management in scaling operations during seasonal or peak periods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics (e-commerce preferred).
• Candidates based in or around Calicut are only preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in logistics software, dashboards, and MS Excel.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) with excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
