We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Senior Logistics Manager
to join our team, to be based in
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the logistics operations across solar EPC projects, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Planning & Execution

Develop and execute comprehensive logistics strategies for multiple solar EPC projects.

Plan, coordinate, and manage transportation of solar modules, inverters, structures, and other equipment from manufacturers to project sites.

Identify and mitigate risks related to logistics delays and disruptions.
Supply Chain Coordination

Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and project management teams to forecast material needs.

Coordinate with global and local suppliers, customs agents, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

Monitor and track shipments, ensuring on-time and damage-free deliveries.
Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with international and domestic trade regulations, including customs clearance, duties, and taxation.

Manage all shipping documentation including POs, invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
Team & Vendor Management

Lead and mentor the logistics team.

Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with transportation and warehousing vendors.

Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

8–12 years of relevant experience in logistics/supply chain roles, with at least 3–5 years in a senior role.

Experience in logistics operations within the
solar, renewable energy, or infrastructure sector
is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs clearance, and multi-modal transportation.
