We are looking for a Senior Logistics Operations Manager who can oversee large-scale logistics operations while leading transportation strategy, operational efficiency, and cross-functional coordination. You will manage fleet performance, optimize supply chain workflows, and support operational initiatives that directly impact service reliability and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Operations Leadership:
Oversee daily transportation and logistics operations including fleet coordination, warehouse activities, route planning, freight management, and operational performance monitoring.

Supply Chain Management:
Develop and implement operational strategies that improve logistics efficiency, optimize transportation workflows, and strengthen service reliability across distribution networks.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor logistics coordinators, fleet supervisors, warehouse managers, and operational staff. Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.

Fleet and Transportation Oversight:
Monitor fleet performance, vehicle utilization, transportation schedules, and operational costs while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Operational Planning:
Support business expansion initiatives, logistics process improvements, and resource allocation strategies that improve operational scalability and productivity.

Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with executive leadership, transportation partners, suppliers, and corporate clients to support operational goals and service delivery expectations.

Compliance and Risk Management:
Maintain compliance with transportation regulations, health and safety standards, company operational policies, and risk management procedures.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
6+ years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, transportation services, or freight operations leadership, including at least 1-2 years in a senior management role.

Leadership Skills:
Strong experience managing logistics teams, coordinating transportation operations, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and customer service.

Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of supply chain workflows, transportation operations, fleet management systems, and logistics performance optimization.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in logistics management systems, fleet monitoring platforms, operational reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Communication Skills:
Excellent English communication skills are required for operational coordination, stakeholder management, and leadership reporting. Additional language skills are considered an advantage.

You are organized, analytical, and solution-oriented. You understand how to balance operational efficiency, transportation reliability, and customer satisfaction while leading teams in demanding logistics environments.

Pay: QAR16,000.00 - QAR22,000.00 per month
