Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Dialogflow)

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design and maintain conversational interfaces using the Dialogflow platform.

You will apply your skills in Python and prompt engineering for large language models to build advanced chatbots and virtual assistants. Responsibilities

• Investigate existing engine implementations and propose integration methods with Seller Assistant
• Design and develop conversational user interfaces using Dialogflow
• Write and maintain natural language understanding intents and entities using Python
• Integrate Dialogflow with backend systems and APIs leveraging Python libraries
• Develop custom fulfillment functions in Python to manage complex user requests
• Engineer prompts for large language models to improve conversational quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
• Test and debug conversational applications to ensure optimal performance
• Document development processes and maintain code repositories

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with a focus on conversational AI
• Proven background in developing chatbots or virtual assistants using various platforms
• Skills in natural language processing and machine learning concepts
• Proficiency in Python programming for developing conversational applications
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services and tools
• Capability to engineer prompts for large language models
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
