Core Responsibilities:
Manage and troubleshoot breakdowns to minimize machine downtime.
Plan, organize, and implement preventive maintenance to enhance asset life cycle.
Monitor and track progress on repairs and maintenance activities with timely reporting.
Coordinate with vendors and service partners to ensure task completion within agreed timelines.
Provide technical support to the production team for uninterrupted operations and achievement of productivity targets.
Candidate must be Mechanical engineer with strong knowledge of Flexibles packaging machinery with at least 4 years of experience.
