Senior Maintenance Technician (Waste Water Treatment Plant)

Job Purpose

The Sr. Maintenance Technician is responsible for leading all maintenance activities in the water treatment, waste water treatment. Drive execution excellence by ensuring the mandated compliance and regulations, high quality standards, state-of-the-art facility infrastructure, cost optimization, timeline, and ensure consistent delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• To carry out preventive, breakdown and corrective maintenance of all the equipment installed Water treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant, Biogas and Composting plant, which includes sand separators, DAF, SBR blowers, RO plant pumps and Decanters
• Able to assemble, disassemble, install and remove the pumps, Blowers, dosing pumps
• Able to install all sorts of piping
• Able to carry out required plumbing works
• Able to carry out required fabrication works for the water treatment and wastewater treatment plants
• Able to carry out required welding works inside the water treatment and wastewater treatment
• Ensure compliance requirements are met with measures including implementation timeline, corporate guidelines, and monitoring compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Diploma or ITI
• Minimum 3 + years of experience in a wastewater treatment, water treatment plant worked as maintenance technician or maintenance lead/supervisor with hands on experience.

Core Competency

• ·Technical expertise- Machine maintenance
• Ability to carry out the required maintenance in Pumps, Blowers, DAF and decanters
• Plumbing and Fabrication
• Ability to carry out the required piping works and repair works inside and outside the plant.
• Adherence to Maintenance standard
• Timely closure of maintenance requests and adherence to Preventive maintenance schedules and able to carry out proactive maintenance works to avoid breakdown and equipment upkeep.
• Ability to work with the other team
• Builds trust and credibility with the team members and other operation team

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
